GTINI have been an integral part of the Vw/Audi group scene in Northern Ireland for over 15 years.
We host events at various locations throughout the year and offer our range of merchandise at them.

Usual delivery is within a few days, but please allow 2/3 weeks for delivery, this is to cover exceptional circumstances eg. after events when stock levels may need to be replenished.

Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will give you a full refund provided that you return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
If you require an exchange item, please contact us via the contact us page, and we will resend the new item once the old item has been received.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. We do not cover the cost of return postage but will return your new item without any additional postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
